REPLYYes!! As far as I know, I think you can run these ads parallel to Google Adsense. It is also mentioned in their FAQ's page that you can run them in parallel. So, I feel it is safe to run these ads!!

@aldis01: Yeah! Definitely a good site but the minimum payout is very high. It is 100$ and I am sure it will take a lot of time to reach the minimum payout. I don't think this will work out well for sites with low traffic.
